We're looking for an Account Manager to join the client development team at CRISP STUDIO.

In your role as Account Manager you will lead the partnerships with online and offline retailers, which means building cohesive long-term customer relationships, with a focus on successful e-commerce store and feature launches.
You’re someone with a track record for:
— Experience with direct communication with clients
— Experience with managing projects
— Motivating and inspiring teams and individuals
— Quickly understanding complex technology, personally performing tasks and managing complex multi-track projects
— Knowledge and experience of web development and/or UX design
You also bring the following skills or experiences to our team:
— 2+ years of Account Management, Project Management, Development Management experience or equivalent.
— Excellent client service skills and project management skills.
— Comfortable communicating with a broad range of partners, from business to technical staff
— Experience tracking multiple complex projects in parallel
— Diverse software and platform technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
— Experience working with distributed project teams
— Enthusiasm for web development is desired; ability to stay on the forefront of industry trends a big plus.
— Entrepreneurial attitude coupled with strong business acumen. Ability and appetite to bring people together
In a typical week, the Account Manager could be:
— Managing expectations to client, team members and managing the process from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, testing and launch.
— Creating and overseeing project schedules
— Ensuring timely project completion through all phases
— Taking lead on quality control issues
— Writing and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members
— Answering new and existing client requests, understanding their needs
— Holding online or in-person meetings with clients & other team members
— Preparing proposals and work statements/contracts
— Communicating daily with project manager and tech & design team
— Travelling to client locations and adjust hours worked on a temporary basis to accommodate partnership with our clients
